DUNA is a musical group led by Dugunawin Torres Villafaña, an indigenous Arhuaco artist from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Indigenous Village tour, Cacao farm and Cascade with Bryan

Brayan, our Spanish-speaking guide, will take you on a 3 to 5-hour walk starting from the Mundo Nuevo lodge at around 8.30 am. You'll pass through the indigenous village of Awindua, and its restored pre-Columbian staircase, an ideal place to connect with the culture and natural environment, then head up to Finca La Candelaria, where you can enjoy nature, tranquility and views of the Sierra Nevada. Here, those who wish can take a coffee or cocoa tour, an optional experience at an additional cost to the customer. The route then continues to the Escondida waterfall, a perfect place to relax and enjoy its natural waters. Finally, the trip ends by heading back up to Mundo Nuevo via Minca, surrounded by unique landscapes and fresh mountain air. The cost is 100,000 COP per person, minimum two people.

San Lorenzo 1-day hike

La Cuchilla de San Lorenzo is the ideal place to discover the immensity of the world's highest coastal mountain. The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta is home to over 26 endemic species of birds, both sedentary and migratory from Canada and the USA. It's the ideal plan for people who are not physically fit for trekking or who don't have enough time.
