Check-in starts at 3pm, but we are happy to welcome you earlier and will do our utmost to ensure that your room is ready promptly.

Check-out is until 11 am to give us time to do the rooms. You are of course welcome to stay as long as you like at Mundo Nuevo. You can leave your luggage at reception.

Yes, of course, and we're delighted to adapt the organic produce from our farm and kitchen gardens into tasty vegetarian dishes.
Meals are served:
Breakfast: from 7.30 am to 8.40 am
Lunches at 1pm
Diners at 7 pm

Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 7 days prior to arrival (7am Colombian time).
If the cancellation is within one week of the arrival day, 100% will be charged.
In case of No show, 100% will be charged (+vat + bank charges)
If for any reason your arrival date is delayed and you arrive one or more days late, and unless you extend your stay if there is availability, the first night(s) will be charged
You will pay for your nights, meals and drinks at the end of your stay.
The Vat of 19% is not included in the price; if you are a foreigner with a Colombian tourist visa, you will not be charged Vat.
If you are a Colombian citizen or resident, the 19% VAT rate will be applied when required by law.

Mundo Nuevo Team

Mundo Nuevo is located in the tropics at an altitude of a thousand meters. The weather is pleasant all year round. However, as in the rest of the region, we strongly advise you to bring sunglasses and sunscreen, as well as light clothing and rain gear if in season. A sweater, too, for cooler evenings. Good walking shoes, long-sleeved shirts and pants for your hikes. We sell mosquito repellent in our store, as well as water bottles for your hikes.

Pets are welcome as long as they are well-behaved and their owners promise not to leave anything behind 🙂
